Installed on the boiler GA 110E+EU, GA 220E,F 320 NT and in SP 1.2+2.2 control panel
Controllers of RAPIDOMATIC versions are designed to control the boiler, heating system and preparing of hot water in the boiler. On a large LCD display with a backlight the date, current time, temperature of heat transfer at the outlet of the boiler are reflected. Easy access to the menu allows to interrogate all thermal sensors and the condition of the settings. Access buttons to the main setup of configurable parameters of heating curves, the room and hot water temperature, are placed on the front panel.
The existing model range allows you to accurately select the controller to implement a specific task: from the control of a separate case up to the task with a 2-stage boiler, 3 heating circuits and DHW circuit. Due to the presence of additional variable inputs / outputs the standard task can be expanded. For example, when using a capacitive iron or steel boilers to avoid the formation of condensate the function of backflow temperature control can be activated. For that, one of the 3 variable inputs is necessary to determine under return water temperature measurement function, and one of the 2 variable inputs - under the control function of bypass pump, which is installed parallel to the boiler. The controller will maintain the set temperature by mixing the direct water to the reverse.
Heating and DHW circuits are controlled independently, the 7-day timing programs offer up to 2 comfortably and 3 economical periods per day. Taking into account the weather compensation or considering the maintenance of constant temperature of heat transfer in the circuit, an individual temperature-timing program for each heating circuit can be selected. This feature allows to use two circuits in one heating zone. For example, one circuit is used for underfloor heating with constant temperature of the flow and the other for radiator heating systems, taking into account the weather compensation.
